Shiny metal or metal-like surface/material
To make this material look like it should you need to use 2 different lights .. one for specular light (to bring out the bright spots of the specular effect) and one for diffuse light. Using only one will always look slightly off.
Very basic example:
* Spot (or Lamp): "No Specular"; Energy: ~1.6
* Spot (or Lamp): "No Diffuse"; Energy: ~1.4
Tweaking the energy values to fit into your scene is recommended ;)
