A simple shader made to mimic Sin City look (only black and white are used).

The shader use a ColorRamp node to compress the output of any shader to a black and white image.

So you can even render relfective/refractive surface with it and use any textures / bump / and so on !

You have to import "SinCity_Mat" and "SinCity_Nodes" and assign "SinCity_Mat" to your model.

Don't use "Ambient Occlusion" with it who can generate some gray areas.

Are you sure about the name "SinCity"?
"Renaissance" (the french 3D movie) seams to be more accurate, no?

At first, Sin City is a comic book created by Franck Miller ... Renaissance (how i work on) is inspired by this comic books, but the original graphic creation has made by Miller ... but i put "renaissance" in the additional search strings ... ;o)
